I had hummus and crackers after my 100 calorie pudding cup for dessert then had a sliver of a coffee roll and a giant vanilla cupcake. T___T now im so full fjdksafas; any tips on how to stop late night snacking?

Weighed in this morning at 138.0 lbs exactly!

So I went to the gym..
And actually wound up staying an extra half hour power walking on the treadmill. I didn’t sweat at all during that ab, back, core workout. I mean I felt it but I needed some cardio. You know? Good news!
I started going back to the gym! So as some of you may know I’m visiting my girlfriend the 14th-17th of this month. I realized I had only two weeks so I decided I was really going to push myself! [[MORE]] I went to a kickboxing class two nights ago and yesterday to a step and sculpt class. LOVED the kickboxing but I am NEVER going to a step and sculpt class again. Ugh! It was a good workout...

Main weight loss problem: Work in a Bakery
Seriously. I think right now that’s my main obstacle. I can’t just quit though because I NEED the money. Honestly though it’s the BREAD.
