Second time doing this workout and I did the WHOLE THING without having to pause or break! :D So soo proud of myself!
So long story short after the convention I got really really sick. D: I had a sinus infection and only just got better.
Today I finally have time to go to the gym! And I have no excuse not to go since my lingering cough is finally GONE! I’m going to go to the 7:30-8:30 Zumba class tonight. I want to get back into a normal exercise routine. Diet too! I gained weight when I was sick because I drank so much orange juice to try to get better. Orange juice has a lot of sugar too so yeah. x.x Also I was just trying to eat more healthy foods - it’s not that I was eating bad - just too much.
I’m not going to get myself down over this though because I know that my health comes first. Today I’m going to try to buckle down though. For breakfast I’m having a Quakers insta oatmeal and some coffee.
I’m not going to be able to eat EXACTLY according to the Blogilates diet for now because I’m out of some of the ingredients. I’m going to try to stick to it close as I can though (hence oatmeal!).
This weekend I’m at an anime convention so I’ll be afk. I went today and, I have to admit, ate unhealthily. I discovered a salad take out place though that I think I’ll try tomorrow. I might bring some healthy snacks of my own tomorrow too. We’ll see. Anyways, just wanted to give you guys a quick update! & thanks to those who replied about the scale. I actually weigh myself in the morning without clothes to get the most accurate reading. My scales are DEFINITELY broken though so I’ll have to figure something out after the anime con. But thanks anyways for kind words and encouragement. :) I appreciate it.
x.x This reassures me a tiny bit.. maybe it’ll be ok in the long-run. Except I look down at my tummy and all I can see is BLOAT. The salt from those veggie chips probably caused that. :[ Sigh…
My scale’s are all broken! I have two of them and they are both telling me I’m 120 lbs! Not cool! So then I go to my sisters and it tells me I’m 144 but I DEFINITELY don’t think I could have gained THAT much. o_O 3500 calories is equivalent to one pound so that means I’d have to have gained like 2 lbs. D: But then again, my scales are broken so… I don’t know what this means. T__T Anyways, I started my morning with 2 bottles of water, more water, and oatmeal. Out of fruit and I’m too scared to drink some juice because of the sugar. x.x Gah. I feel like I’m so behind now in my weight loss goals now that my scales are lying to me. T__T Maybe I haven’t lost anything at all! Although up until today I definitely saw a difference in my tummy region. @@ ; Maybe I’m losing my mind..
Can anyone recommend an indestructable scale/brand to me?
I know I messed up big time yesterday. :/ I couldn’t get to the gym because I missed a class and all the treadmill machines were filled. I didn’t know how to work the other machines so I just left. Long story short my mom made me late to miss the class so I was pretty upset. I went home and what did I do? Ate more veggie sticks. And not like fresh peppers or anything the veggie sticks CHIPS. Healthier than regular chips but still, I definitely did not follow Cassey’s diet exactly. Then I was also running low on food for her diet so I made spaghetti with veggie meatballs instead. Then I had a chocolate craving so I had some chocolate almond milk. Again, I know veggie sticks and chocolate milk aren’t as bad as like a whole package of Oreo’s but still.. it was a binge and I know that it did SOME damage and that I definitely didn’t lose any weight. I would be genuinely surprised if I did or if I stayed the same. If anything I think I’ve gained. I guess we’ll see.. :[
Today I have work though so it’s going to be hard to eat correctly once again but at the same time I’m glad I’ll be moving around more since I won’t have time to make it to the gym today too. I started off the morning with 30 jumping jacks too.
