I absolutely agree with this. You have to believe that you CAN do it and you have to WANT to do it badly enough for you to be able to accomplish your goal. Believing in yourself is one of the most important things you can do if you’re going to lose weight.
I’m so excited to be seeing progress!! I think that Zumba/Core class yesterday was really to thank for it. Today is my day off so I’m definitely going to get to the gym again today. I’m so happy that this is actually working. I’m really proud of myself. ^^

Eating this right now. My first time making quinoa and second time trying it! Red peppers, onion, black beans, tomato, lemon juice, and a small bunch of black olives. To season some chili pepper and cumin. It’s delish! (:
I’m in a really bad mood. I got in a financial “battle” with my mom. Now I have to go with her to a Zumba/Core class because she doesn’t want to give the car to me and wants to go too. Great. Unfortunately, I care too much about losing weight that I have to suffer going with her. fml.

Today I will. In some way, shape, or another. Maybe I’ll do 30 extra crunches or something. I’ve been doing 30 crunches every single day so far. This used to be a part of my past diet routines so I thought I’d incorporate it into this one to personalize it a bit. There was a point I could do 100 crunches non-stop so I want to try to work my way up to that again without feeling like I’m dying, lol. xD
I step on the scale and turns out I weigh exactly the same as I weighed in yesterday. I’m actually not that dissapointed. At least I haven’t GAINED weight. Also, I definitely notice I’m a lot less bloated in the stomach region than I had been previously. At least changes are noticeable. It gives me hope that after this month I might actually have a chance at attaining the body that I’ve wanted.
Anyways, off to make myself the blogilates breakfast this morning. FINALLY I get to have something different (since monday and sunday are the same). Today it’s a veggie omelette! :)
