Ready? Set? HEALTH BLAST OFF! I'm 20 years old and a college student. For a long while now I haven't been happy with my body. I don't feel as healthy as I know I could be. My goal is to lose some weight, eat healthier, excersise, and basically just be the best me that I possibly can be. This blog is meant to inspire myself and others. Breakfast this morning! Green tea, 2 whole wheat waffles drizzled with maple syrup, and some rasberries. :) 

I didn’t eat it all though. I barley got through one of those waffles. I put some ground flax seed in and reduced the sugar and it tasted AWFUL. That or I may have added too much baking soda. I didn’t have much of an appetite this morning anyways though. 

PS: I’m not giving myself any more excuses not to eat right for the next 2 weeks.
