&lt;p&gt;I didn’t eat it all though. I barley got through one of those waffles. I put some ground flax seed in and reduced the sugar and it tasted AWFUL. That or I may have added too much baking soda. I didn’t have much of an appetite this morning anyways though. &lt;/p&gt;

Shes 16 years old and has been suffering with Anorexia Nervosa (binge purge subtype) for 10 years now. She has permanent heart problems, shes has 2 heart attacks since January, and was in a coma in March. Shes constantly in the hospital due to her eating disorder, and shes spent 7 months in the hospital this year. It’s come to my attention that there are a lot of people on tumblr with “pro-anorexic” blogs who seem to WANT this disease and give “tips” to their followers to “become anorexic”. I want you to look at this photo, at this young girl who has wasted 10 years of her life in agony and ask yourself, how can you be pro this? How can you encourage others to do this to themselves? Please reblog this and help it get around to other blogs to show the reality of eating disorders and the pain they cause and put a stop to “pro anorexia” blogs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

1. Who’s really getting cheated?

&lt;p&gt;Sure, no one else would know about skipping out on the last Chatarunga. But only one person loses in that situation (hint: it’s not the super-ripped chick sweating it out on the next mat).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2.&lt;strong&gt; Change pace&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Circuit training, a killer combination of cardio and strength training, can help break the monotony of a long workout. Run five minutes, then drop and do some push-ups. Wash, rinse, repeat.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3.&lt;strong&gt; Picture this.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Visualize cheering fans or crossing the finish line to bang out one more set or lap. Or just go mental: Imagine this workout is the equivalent of the Olympic trials (no big deal).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. &lt;strong&gt;Grab a pal. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Work out with a fit pal who will hold you to a higher standard. Stuck going solo today? Imagine they’re still there. After all, who wants to wuss out in front of an audience?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5.&lt;strong&gt; Break it down.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Set mini-goals when the going gets tough. This isn’t a three-mile run— just six measly half-mile runs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6.&lt;strong&gt; Savor the pain.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“Pain is weakness leaving the body,” the saying goes. Pain is also proof that this workout is tough. Clearly you’re doing something right, so why stop now? (Just know when pain is signaling something more serious.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7.&lt;strong&gt; Compete&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Whether comparing against the dude on the next treadmill over or your own time last training session, competition ups the ante and helps us forget about wanting to quit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8. &lt;strong&gt;Remember the end.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That post-workout high? Yeah, &lt;em&gt;almost &lt;/em&gt;there. The struggle of that final set won’t last— and when the workout’s over, it’ll be replaced by a much better feeling: pride.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;INGREDIENTS:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 ounces neufchatel cheese, room temperature (or light philadelphia)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 cups sliced strawberries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp sugar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tsp grated orange zest&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;6 oz whole-wheat bread&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 large eggs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 large egg whites&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tsp vanilla extract&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp trans-free margarine&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DIRECTIONS:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;combine the chocolate and cheese in a small bowl, mix well.  Combine strawberries, sugar, and orange zest in a separate bowl.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;spread 1/4 of chocolate mixture on 4 slices of bread.  Top each with a second slice and press lightly to form a sandwich.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;combine the whole eggs, egg whites, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.  Working one a time, dip both sides of each sandwich in mixture and set on a plate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.  Wait for the foam to subside, then add the sandwiches and cook until golden and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.  Serve hot, topped with strawberry mixture.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NUTRITIONAL VALUES (one sandwich):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Tonight after work if my friend doesn&amp;#8217;t call me to hang out I&amp;#8217;ll probably go to the gym. But I want to be in the 137 pound range by tomorrow. I only have 2 days left. I didn&amp;#8217;t sweat at all during that ab, back, core workout. I mean I felt it but I needed some cardio. You know? So I stayed a little later. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After I came home and showered I went to Whole Foods and got some steamed veggies and their Golden Sesame Tofu. I logged on to myfitnesspal.com and the Sesame Tofu was like 500 calories! I was shocked. Thank God I opted for those steamed veggies as a side instead of like idk rice or something. &lt;!-- more --&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Anyways, I work today from 12-6:30 so that should burn a few more calories. I bought a Kind Bar at Whole Foods too to snack on during my break. I&amp;#8217;m officially not eating my work&amp;#8217;s food anymore&amp;#8230; or at least until after I get back from my trip. I only have 3 days left!
